CPC controls the center position of the strip with high precision. The CPC (Center Position Control) system is composed of a digital strip position controller, a strip position detection sensor (Inductive or Infrared Sensor), a servo hydraulic power unit, and a cylinder.

CPC – COMPONENT AND TECHNICAL DATA:

1. SENSOR INDUCTIVE:

This is an inductive type sensor which detects metal objects (aluminum, nickel, magnesium, stainless steel or copper) between the sensors by checking the amplitude and characteristics of change generated by the metal disturbing electromagnetic field. It precisely induces the coil to the center of the equipment without being interfered even when the detection part of the sensor is exposed to strong light, cutoff, or contaminated by substances other than metal.

2. CONTROLLER:

Is a high-end CPC/EPC controller with a high-performance CPU. It is compatible with all the CPC/EPC sensors from our company including inductive-type and infrared-type sensors, and it can construct an automatic control system by combining a servo hydraulic unit. It adds a stagger function, which is difficult to implement by the existing analog computing method, and various setting functions to provide convenient working environment

3. HYDRAULIC STATION:

Valve stand type product for controlling hydraulic cylinders. (Product using the existing hydraulic line) High-precision servo valves and servo valves dedicated filters are installed.
